Feeling distracted? Having scattered thoughts? Stressed out? Tonight we're focusing on how to focus! Learn techniques to increase concentration in meditation and in our daily life. The ability to concentrate will lead to success and happiness in all of our activities.

This class is part of the series, "Discover Your Limitless Potential." Through the practice of meditation we can decrease the mental turbulence we normally experience and begin to discover an experience of inner clarity, peace and limitless potential for universal love, profound wisdom, and unceasing joy in all areas of our life.
