This edition of NerdNite is all about brains in collaboration with The Franklin Institute and Museum.

Come by 6:30 else you will not be able to get a seat. We cannot hold seats unless we have a large enough group assembling there by 6:00. So if you want to sit together, let me know if you can get there by 6pm.

Frankford Hall is a great Starr restaurant in N. Libs. German Beer hall style with excellent beer selections. A block from Girard MFL station and free parking all around the area.

Brandon Zimmerman: Confessions of a 19th- Century Skull Collector

Jayatri Das: Your Brain Creates Your World

Ben Leach: Brains Not Guaranteed: The Stupid Schemes of Supposedly Super Smart Supervillains

Plus, entertainment/interactive games with the folks from Cipher Prime!

Will do. And welcome to the Philly Science Society group. NerdNite is held every month. Not every NerdNite is science related. This one happened to be 66% science, so I posted this on meetup page. Else would have taken a pass.

Fun event. Good turnout by our group. Best part was meeting with members. The talks were OK. Glad most were able to make it early and sit together.

If you can come by 6, please do so to help block tables. They have a good menu, beer and game selection to while away the time. My guests are from my Science Society meetup. Look for a table with a meetup sign, if we can keep one. If we are spread out, look for me and I will try to keep the group connected. Will wear a bright red shirt to make it easy.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
