Philadelphia is a great theater town. I know because I have season tickets to three threaters next season and last season. I was thinking a fun meetup would be to discuss the various plays and musicals of the next season. I was thinking the way this would work is that I would set up a meetup before a particular show was run telling people about it. If someone is interested then that person will see that play sometime during its run. After the show has finished its run we would go to a restaurant and discuss the play. Does this sound like something you would be interested in? If so email the group so I can see if people are interested in this as a meetup idea. I am going to them anyways so it wont bother me if people arent interested.
Oh and by the way I think that Carousel was the best play the Walnut Street Theater has put on this year and it is currently running and next years season looks really promising and if you get the right season tickets its really pretty inexpensive at like 80 dollars or so for the full year which is like 20 dollars a show. About the price of a movie and movie food and live theater is so much better.
