Hello, I would say that I became an atheist in the 60's. I grew up a Methodist but my late husband, Darrell, was a non-believer and gradually I came to accept his thinking and explanations. I don't think he was aware of your organization or he would have discussed it with me and surely become a member. I have been searching without much luck for possible friends with similar beliefts but have not had much success. I am ready to learn more about your organization although attending meetings at night might be a problem. I am retired from the manufacture of canoes and paddles which my husband and I ran for 43 years. Any other information, please advise.
I established a non-profit, Crystal Lake Preserve, for the preservation of 40 acres in Lake Mary. I run that along with rental warehouses where I am the secretary-treasurer. I am also the treasurer of Seminole Audubon Society.
