I have always been partial to science and mathematics. I met a pharmacist (Larry) who became a mentor and friend when I was 18 and he was 58. My dear friend Larry got me thinking about religous dogma, and along with the above mentioned influence that B. Russell had on me - I renouced all my beliefs in the existence of god.
I am now retired. I use to work at the Physics Dept. of Columbia University in Manhattan. I was a Senior Electronics Technician.
I'm a fairly decent writer. And I know a little about PCs.
My name is John Foti. I'm oringinally from NYC. I was skeptical of all supernatural and dogmatic claims from from an early age. At the age of 18, or so, I came under the spell of Bertrand Russell. I've been an atheist ever since. Thank you.
Very interesting group of people. I liked them.
