Had a bad day at work? Did your dog eat your tax return again? Come join us for the first of many meetups to unwind and meet fellow atheists. We will find ways to bridge the gap between rational comfort and friendship, and just having a great time! Future meetups are in the works for a beergarden, board game night (dice, cards, even Connect Four), trips to a brewery, wine tastings, and even a few low key band nights. Our first meetup will be in Coney Island. Thou shalt enjoy adult beverages, ingest carnival food, marvel at the fireworks, and test our health insurance with a ride on the Cyclone. We will be meeting at 8pm in front of Nathan’s- on the corner of Surf and Mermaid Avenues. This is diagonally across the street from the Q/F/D/N train station in Coney Island. If you have any questions, suggestions, random ideas, please send an email to the organizers, Tiffany Crespi at [masked] and M Hans Liebert at [masked] or send them messages via Facebook. .
Check back with us the week of the DWA to see where we will be having it that week.
Join us for a great night of conversation in relaxed company in New York City. We go from 8pm to around 11pm or so.
Every week we go to someone's apt, park, or bar.
Every Friday Night for 6 years we have gathered to enjoy the evening and the company of each other. DWA (Drinking With Atheists) is for Atheists, agnostics, Skeptics, Philosophers, Humanists, Freethinkers, secularists, inquiring minds, and all around nice people. No agenda but good light conversations. Great chance to meet new people and make new friends.
See you Friday Night.
