I was a member of La Chaine des Rotisseurs for 14 years and an officer in the Lake Tahoe Chapter. I just recently joined the N NV Wine Association. I love good food and great wines, especially when they're paired properly.
What is your experience with eating gourmet foods? (e.g. I have not had much experience; I enjoy it when available; I eat at the French Laundry every chance that I get)
14 years in La Chaine and yes, I have been to the French Laundry, but only once.
How familiar are you with wine paring? (e.g. I don't drink wine with a meal; I don't pair I just open the closest bottle; I put thought into what wine will go with the meal; my cellar allows me to pick the perfect wine for every meal)
