I'd like to meet others who are combining their passion for food with business ideas!
I'm trying to combine my passion for local foods as well as my business & culinary background to start something that will make farm-to-table a realistic goal for all restaurants.
I think I'd have a very new perspective.
I'm meeting with the founder of Gustiamo.com tonight! I love her Italian specialties.
I'm a current Culinary Arts student at the Institute of Culinary Education as well as an MBA student at Columbia Business School. I want to start a food business in the area of ingredient sourcing & menu planning after graduation.
