Training for Soccer Fitness

These weekly training sessions are designed to get you in match-shape! Whether you're just looking for a weekly outdoor workout or you want to step up your soccer game, Trainer Marjorie Baker will keep the group moving for an hour and a half. Each session will include soccer-specific conditioning followed by a scrimmage. Get ready to sweat and feel the burn!

Pricing:
• $12 - when you RSVP and pay online through PayPal
• $15 - RSVP and pay in cash at the field.

What to Wear
We are training on grass. You may wear cleats, turf shoes, flats, indoor shoes, running shoes, or gym shoes. If you wear cleats, please bring running shoes as well.

What to Expect
Show up early! The clinic will begin at the time posted for this event. Participants may start checking in with the event host as early as 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If the field is available, you may begin warming up before the event begins. Please bring a ball.

Level of Training
Males and females 18 or older of all fitness and soccer skill levels are invited to participate. Our host will adjust the event according the players' needs. We aim to make everyone feel welcome at these events.

Facility Information
Chestnut Park is located on the frontage road of Palatine Road. Easy to get to from 53 - take the Palatine Rd. west exit. From 53, turn right on Winston and an immediate left on the frontage road. The park will be on your right. It has one soccer goal. This is a grass field.

Transportation
There is plenty of free street parking.

Minimum number of Participants
This event needs a minimum of 6 people (not including the host) signed up before the start of the event in order to run. An email notification will be sent if we cancel. Sign up early to encourage more people to sign up!!

If you RSVP, we're counting on you to be there and we'll plan accordingly. If you change your mind about playing or your guest count changes, please update your RSVP. No-Shows will be marked on your account.
