Come practice Vinyasa (flow) style yoga followed by gentle stretches to ease the spirit, unwind the mind, and detox your body. Specially designed sequence each week will help one to best learn and benefit from Yoga, and to transition to the Winter season. Come and take care of YOU!
NEW UPDATE!! Due to cold weather, door will be propped open at 10:15, but class is 10:30-11:45am. Also, per growth and request, this Meet Up class will now be taught at a Beg/Adv. Beg level and last 1:15 hour, with a finishing touch of either a short Pranayama/Meditation, Restorative pose, or Relaxing Yoga Nidra.
NEWEST UPDATE!1 As of 2/2, we are starting a Chakras series! Come learn and balance your Chakras each week with a special squence, visualization, and mantras.
Limited extra mats are available, but please bring your own if possible and a thick towel (especially if you have tight hamstrings and/or sensitive knees) for support.
