All skill levels are welcome and classes will be tiered bases on physical ability.  Intense instruction for the "UNSTOPPABLES", great bootcamp workouts for the "TRANSFORMERS" and a low impact instruction or walking group for the "NEW ENERGY" group.

This 4 week progressive boot camp is completely FREE
From April 15
th – May 10th You-Will-Get-24FIT

Camp meets 3 days per week at Nutrition-N-More oMonday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00pm oTo complete the challenge and be eligible to be crowned Champion – you MUST attend at least 2 classes per week and you MUST attend at least one Friday class

Extreme Fitness Challenge will be held on Saturday  April 27th at 10:00am with location to be revealed during the challenge oThis 2 hour workout incorporates cardio and strength training in an extremely FUN & competitive way

Pre and post workout drinks will be available 30 minutes before and after each class to maximize workout effectiveness and help you get LEVEL 10 RESULTS!

    Today was the kick off. There was quite a large group but they got everybody's statics. Then they did some timed events to get a base line to measure each person’s current fitness level. Now we will actually know how much we improved at the end of the four weeks!
