Be part of our growing community promoting Healthy Active Lifestyles in West Michigan. Join us for a group "Boot Camp" style workout. We will incorporate strength training cardio exercises designed to boost metabolism and burn fat! Most exercises can be modified to be made more difficult or less difficult depending on your fitness level so EVERYONE can get a great workout in!!!
There is NO cost for this workout. You only need to bring an exercise/yoga mat and a good attitude!

We are working on securing an indoor location for winter. So, for now, we will only have FIT Camp on Wednesdays until further notice. Stay tuned.......
