Really enjoyed the great conversation about our very first book review! Even when we drifted a little "off topic" the talk, camaraderie, & laughs were so much fun! Welcome 2 the new members, too! I only wish we could meet more often!! ;)

Hi Mary, we can meet in-between the meetings if you like. Since we have such a great group of women, maybe some of them won't mind getting together for an outing. It sounds like fun to me! Think of something to do and let us know. Feel free to post an outing on this site and see how much interest is generated.

Annette this group sounds so great! I'm sorry I missed both times. I'm getting back into town tomorrow & will have to get the book. I look forward to meeting everyone next time. You all seem to have been enjoying the gatherings a lot!:-)

Hedda I missed it too cuz I was still in CA.
Great meeting today!
I enjoyed meeting with everyone. The conversation was great, and gave me some fresh perspective on the book.

The discussion was great today! Everyone contributed to the discussion, even those that didn't get a chance to read or finish the book. It was good seeing everyone, and I'm already excited about the next meetup. I encourage all of you to submit at least one title for the next book. Email the title to me along with the author's name , (and you know why I need the authors name :-), so I can put a list together for the next book. Send as soon as possible, so we can start thinking about what we want to read next. Have a wonderful week! ~Annette
Great conversation! I can't wait for the next meetin .

Sorry I just checked in yesterday and saw a notice that my emails were bouncing back. I finished Calling Invisible Women Thursday and enjoyed the book and the author's note about how she became a published author at 60. Currently I am reading the book by Elizabeth Keckley, Mrs. Lincoln's friend and dressmaker (guess which book I voted for)

Hello ladies! Please remember to update your RSVP if you're not able to attend the meeting Saturday. If you can't make it, select no, to update. If you already RSVP'd yes, and still plan to come, you don't have to do anything.
I will miss the lively dialogue with you all, but I will be in Cleveland for the weekend. Keep me posted-
