Roaring out of the southern Indiana foothills comes Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band playing a brand of Americana and Blues that stands alone – Delta blues and hillbilly fervor combine with musical acuity sharp as razor wire – best know, this trio is a force to be reckoned with. The growl of a good truck engine, the fiercest passion for his country home and family and an uncanny ability to breathe new life into old forms of music give them a pedigree many Americana acts would kill for and an ironclad work ethic keeps them on the road 250 dates a year, playing for the people with hurricane force.

Tickets are $12. Doors open at 8, and the show starts at 9.

Sorry! My dog is totally freaking out with this storm. Unless it blows over, I'm gonna have to miss tonight. Y'all have fun!

I plan on eating at Cap Ale around 630. If you want to join us, just let me know. Otherwise, text when you arrive (I will send my phone number via email to all attendees). I've never seen a show there, but since it's general admission, I'm thinking we will need to walk in to the listening room together in order to be seated together.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
