I'm ok to meet anywhere. I just need to be prepared for the parking (the ONLY thing I hate about Royal Oak.)  If I don't see any final decisions made about where we're eating, I'll assume it's the default restaurant-Cafe Habana at 5pm.  : )

Let's choose a place to meet tomorrow, Saturday, at 5 pm in Royal Oak. I'll bet you have a favorite restaurant there. Mine is that little Cuban restaurant, Cafe Habana at 157 East 5th Street. Let us call that our default choice; we'll meet there if no one has an objection or an alternative. If you'd rather meet somewhere else, please let me know and we'll change our meeting place to that location. Make sure to choose the "reply to all" option so everyone knows.

See you tomorrow,
Chris McLaughlin

You absolutely may invite M.A.M members. Part of this meeting is to improve and approve the letter of invitation to local groups. I've attached a draft of the letter to this Email for your evaluation.

You are on the official Grassroots Atheism Motor City Pride 2012 planning committee. As of this writing, the committee consists of Chuck Kesner, Laura Nolan, and you and I. More committee members will be solicited and added as we get closer to the event.

The full committee needs to meet soon to approve and modify the general plans and preliminary preparation for the event. This will be an hour-long lunch/dinner meeting at a mutually agreeable restaurant. Are you available to meet in Royal Oak this Saturday, around 5pm?

Sincerely,
Chris McLaughlin
