Workingman's March Acoustickier Jam

We have tried a more 'acoustic-ier room' in the past and we have had limited success. Part of the problem is that the set list was always very Reckoning and Garcia/Grisman heavy and that is not what most people play. For this jam we are going to play some Dead music in an 'unplugged' but not necessarily 'down home style'. 'bert helped me out with the start of a set list so hopefully he can make it on this date and help me run the second room. (I might still bring my banjo.)

Running late, too. Should be there by 330 in one of the rooms.

If ok with folks, while I'm signed up for the electric room, depending upon where my vocal (harmony & lead) duties are most needed/weclome, along with percussion and harp, I may change over to the smaller jam-room, or split the time between the two if that works.

Wow, Phil! Should be interesting. Have you ever played a mandolin before? Bring it to the jam.

I just picked up a mando. Maybe I'll bring it and wander over from the electric room for a "Friend" or "Ripple" if I can learn them in time.

Can't make this weekend. Daughter is coming up from DC and friends are coming in from both Ireland and Canada.

If the "electric" room is too full, I will sashay to the "acoustic" room. Keeping it mellow.
