We'll meet near the restrooms at the Gateway entrance to Scottsdale's McDowell Sonoran Preserve. This hike will be paced at a mild rate, not an extreme fast fitness pace. These hikes will start on time and the expectation is that it will end at or before the stated end time for those who do need to get to work.
This is a recurring Friday morning hike starting from the Gateway Access trailhead. Now the temperatures have dropped and we are coming into hiking season we will start the hike later in the mornings. The hikes may vary each week, but will be 5 miles or less in length and should be done in 1:30 to 2:00.
The trails in this area are very well marked and easy to follow with just a little preparation. If you have any questions, please send a message to one of the organizers.
