What is your connection to the Grayhawk community in north Scottsdale? Current or former resident? Friend of residents? (This is not a requirement to be a member of this group, but please read our description to see if this group is right for you.)

I'm a current homeowner in Grayhawk having lived here for the last 12 years.

How would you rate your experience level as a hiker? (New hiker or new to hiking in Arizona; Have some hiking experience; Experienced hiker - just point me to the trail)

I've hiked several difficult hikes including the Grand Canyon, the base of the Matterhorn in Switzerland and 4 peaks in Arizona.

Is there some maximum distance you are comfortable with? We realize this can vary based on trail difficulty, so please just give a general estimate.

10 miles would be the mazimum

What is your favorite trail (or trails) in Arizona? Do you have any specific hiking goals?

Pinnacle Peak Park is a favorite as it's close and provides a quick aerobic workout for the day

I've lived in Grayhawk for the last 12 years and in Pinnacle Peak for since 1980. I'm an outdoors enthusiast, love to camp and am active in tennis and golf at my local golf club.
