Discuss Interesting Writings by Famous Authors

Every second Wednesday of the month we meet at the Noe Valley Branch Library to discuss a well-known essay or short story by a famous author. Our reading selections for the next three months are: AUG. 10 - "The Social Me" by William James; SEPT. 14 - "Rothschild's Fiddle" by Anton Chekhov; and OCT. 12 - "Concerning the Division of Labor" by Adam Smith. If you like great ideas, great writing, and stimulating discussions with like-minded people, come and participate at our meetings. To request a copy of the upcoming reading selection, contact Clifford Louie. This non-profit educational activity is sponsored by the Noe Valley Branch Library and the Great Books Council of San Francisco (www.greatbooks-sf.com).

Where can I find "The Social Me"? Is it part of a collection of essays?
