Coffee and Conversation

No book reading required!
Join us Thursday night, May 1st, at Mudsmith. Have some coffee, talk about books- or don't talk about books. Anything goes!

I'm listing the time frame as 8:30-10:30, feel free to join us at any time in that window, there's no real "start" or "end" time, come and go as you please.

Mudsmith is not a huge place, and at times it's crowded, so please keep your RSVP as accurate as possible, and we'll try to have space for everyone!

Glad we had a meetup tonight; I wish I could have stuck around longer. Michael - will you post the info on your Thursday gigs that you mentioned? If the group doesn't go, I'll at least bring a friend to one.

Hi Amy - I play at Two Corks and a Bottle (2800 Routh St #140) this Friday (May 9) from 8 to 11 p.m., and then in June every Thursday at Ascension Coffee (1621 Oak Lawn Ave) from 7 to 9. I'd love for ya'll to make a meetup of any of these, it's great to meet outside of the "formality" of the book club. ;) It's a great group, and fun to hang out with.

Enjoyed the discussion tonight. Still think it would be fun to do a movie night - maybe a double feature of Falcon/Legend?

I may be a bit late as I'm coming back from Rockwall, but I'll head straight there. :)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
