Ice, Ice, Baby!

Keith has recommended that we get together to  celebrate the fact that for our area, the lowest Average Annual Low Temp occurs on Jan. 17.

And what better way to do that then have some delicious ice cream at Charlie's in Saxon Square?

They've got cones, sundaes, ice cream pies and shakes using their homemade ice cream. They also have burgers, hot dogs and chicken sandwiches

We're going to use this meetup as our second convention planning meeting, too. I would like members to bring names of possible speakers. I would also like names of possible vendors who might want to rent a table at the convention. If you didn't come to the first planning meeting, please come to this one.

Glad that so many "freezers" were able to attend Ice, Ice, Baby!
I'm sure you had a great time. (Why not???)
With summer now approaching (very gradually), it may not be too soon to save July 14 for a celebration of the Toledo area's Average Annual HIGH Temp day. No kidding!

Just so Barb doesn't "dis" me too much... :-)
Very sorry I can't be there for this event. I really hope you-all have a great time. In the spirit of celebrating things celestial (and by extension, meteorological), this seemed like a good idea (BTW, save 7/14 for the hottest day on average in Toledo).
Anyway, another duty calls, so I really don't have a choice. (Still think I'd rather be "kicking" with you-all...)

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
