OK Group here it is the bash everyone has been waiting for!! come spend "FrIgHt NiGhT" with the Great Smokey's Hiking & Adventure Group. Grab your best costume and dress for All Hallows Eve. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. There will also be fun and games. Who knows maybe some cool door prizes!! Get your monster grove on with the music and dancing. This is a private party for ADULTS OVER 21 ONLY it is held in the great outdoors on 4 acres of private property complete with a fire pit and a food and beverage tents.

Food will be plenty, Randy,Dawn, and Kevin will be cooking Bar-B-Q pork tenderloins, chicken and a huge pot of chili and there will be chips and dips and a big pot of Bar-B-Q baked beans provided by the Organizers. Last years party we had plenty of food for everyone, so bring your appetite. Anyone who wants to bring some sides or deserts as with past events is welcomed to do so, but it's not mandatory but deserts are always good. Just post what you are planning to bring so that it's not duplicated. There will be refreshments both alcoholic and non but you can also BYOB if you choose to do so. We will be doing like last year and tap a keg of Cherokee Red Ale from the Smokey Mountain Brewery and have various types of other bottled beer on hand, if you have something specific you prefer feel free to bring it. As mentioned above, This is a 21 and over event for responsible "adults only" as with any events you are responsible for your own safety so if you plan to drink please do so responsibly or arrange for a designated driver or bring a tent and stay on the property for the night there is plenty of room!! And please everyone respect the property so that we will be invited back for years to come

You will want to bring a fold out chair if you have one so that we can sit around and enjoy the fire.

There will be $10.00 per person fee to attend this event to cover food, beverages, prizes, etc, and a porta-jon

Directions will only be given to members who have RSVP'd , so if you do not RSVP you will not be able to attend the coolest party in town! You can mail a check to Dawn Beasley her address will be e-mailed to you once you RSVP please send your check or money order promptly!! Special tickets will be mailed to paid members. If you RSVP YES and have not paid or contacted an organizer by 10-15-08 you will be removed from the list to allow another member to go in your place, last year this event filled in one day so RSVP fast! If you do not get in before it 'caps out' , go ahead and get on the waiting list...somebody may fall out!
