Hi Mark Powell. Are you wanting to carpool for hiking 101 or hiking with a sponsor? :)

      February 11, 2014

    • Mark P.

Hi Sheila....thanks for getting back with me. I can't make the 101 class tonight but am planning on hiking with a sponsor if you guys have some room in your car

WOW, what a beautiful group of hiking enthusiasts coming together @ Little River Trading Co. for a fun informative evening! Great opportunity to meet your GSH&AG new hiking buddies & hang out with familiar ones! Class will start @ 6:30! Pay attention you might just get tested ;) Your are welcomed & encouraged to come early to browse the store & get personal customer service! I was just informed that chairs are not abundant, so if you have a folding chair please bring it or you can get cozy on the floor. Also if you are not able to make it, simply update your RSVP to No asap so you are not marked as a No Show, preventing you from attending other events in the future! Spring will be here sooner than you think! Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow tonight!

Is there an inclimate weather plan? Should we bring our camping gear and sleeping bags in case we get snowed/iced in? lol

    2 · February 10, 2014

    • Nery

A good hiker is always prepared! "There is no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate gear & clothing!"

      3 · February 10, 2014

  • Connie D.

I would love to come but not sure if I can till Wed evening. Anyone live in the Roane/Cumbrrland County area to ride together?

    February 9, 2014

  • Terry W

I am new to the group and would love to attend, but I can't make it mid week. Looking forward to future events :)

    2 · February 4, 2014

    • Nery

Welcome Terry! Hope you can make the next one! We look forward to meeting you!

      February 4, 2014

  • Nery

We are so pleased to have so many rsvp's! This particular event does not have a limit on the number of people that can attend! As a matter a fact I challenge/encourage YOU to bring a guest or 3! On a other note people do have things that come up! Therefore if you are unable to attend or do not wish to attend, simply RSVP "NO". There is a comment section should you want to leave any notes (not required) for the event organizer or other hikers.
It's the polite thing to do. Let's keep it easy breezy!

    February 3, 2014

    • Nery

There parking lot is OK but I will get with Greg & update you! I always suggest carpooling if possible! Also I highly suggest coming early to browse the shop, to give you more personal attention on any specific questions you might have!
