An Important Message Has Arrived...

....It speaks of the Great Waves of change.

Great Waves Readers Seattle will be the first of its kind to ignite a global response to an important new message for humanity.

This is an opportunity to read aloud to each other from the book, Great Waves of Change: Navigating the Difficult Times Ahead.

The Great Waves Readers forum is intended to be experience- or seminar-oriented, meaning that the essential ingredients include a desire to listen and to explore meaning rather then focusing on debate or argumentation. Discussion will be questions-based, which is to say that questions are encouraged to develop outside of intellectual reference points. We depend on others to harbor adventurous questioning.

Thus, the intent of this gathering is to experience a message with profound implications for the world and each person’s position within the world physically, spiritually and mentally.

We will read one chapter per month from Great Waves of Change: Navigating the Difficult Times Ahead by Marshall Vian Summers. Then, on a day of our choosing, each month we will read the chapter aloud together. To read aloud, you need only volunteer. Afterward there will be time for reflection. You will also be able to check up on discussions online with the goal of eventually connecting to Great Waves Readers across the world.

For members of Exploring Spirituality, World Change and Community, Great Waves Readers is intended as an auxiliary for further study. For members of Preparing for The Great Waves of Change, this gathering is provided as respite and as a respectful story-time environment.

Great Waves of Change is a remarkable work. It bears a unique message that must be pursued. I invite you, then, to join me in exploring this book and in reaching out to others.
