Those of us who regularly practice meditation cultivated such consistency because we feel a strength and renewal from our efforts that is so undeniable we can’t imagine ever stopping. Many of us have rich meditation lives that yields such good results, but often keep this vital part of our lives very quiet, not even sharing our insights with the closest people in our lives. Others of us are interested in pursuing meditation, but have questions, and don’t know who to ask. In these group meditation sessions, we will be exploring some questions of new meditators, and sharing some of insights of experienced meditators, and also meditate together as a group. Meditating as a group offers it’s own unique benefits as well. As people meditate together, the result is greater than the sum of the number of people meditating. People can often feel a nourishing transcendent presence in the room that only can be generated when people come together for the sole purpose of becoming tuned to a loving intelligence larger than themselves. We will also choose one participant to send healing intentions. Research shows that as we send positive intentions to others, we benefit as well.
