Come join the The Albany Peace Project, which is a community of meditators who meet online and offline to focus their meditation intentional efforts for helping to eliminate suffering in the Greater Albany, NY area. To date, 20 intentional studies have been performed elsewhere demonstrating when large groups of people focus peaceful intentions there is a positive effect on the whole. People experience profound changes in their personal lives, as they learn how to skillfully uplift the people around them.

Researchers, John Foldy, PhD, and Bethany Gonyea, MS will be recording changes in economic and crime indicators as the Albany Peace Project community begins it’s first round of meditation efforts Martin Luther King day, January 1, 2014. If you are interested in enhancing your meditation practice then signup for the Albany Peace Project meetup which will be offering sessions to integrate discoveries of meditation science and intentional research into your meditative practice. The Greater Albany Meditation Project is an outreach of NUMINOUS, a 501(c)3 interfaith organization which offers lectures to the public that synthesize biofeedback training, healing/prayer research, and spiritual tenants to provide reliable methods for heightening consciousness which strengthen and inspire dynamic lives of service.
