This group is for people (experienced or not), who are interested in the benefits of the Chinese energy practice of Qigong (Chi Kung). I also hope this group will give people with various backgrounds an opportunity to build a community where we can practice, talk and learn about Qigong.

 

Qigong is a a moving meditation that helps us tap into the abundant energy of the universe, and is a wonderful way of helping help various health conditions. Qigong is also the mother of the internal martial arts (Tai Chi, Bagua or Xingyi) and will strength your internal energy for those practices.

 

The benefits of practicing Qigong include:

* Reduced stress, anxiety and depression

* Improved sleep quality

* Increased energy
