This group is for people (experienced or not), who are interested in the benefits of the Chinese energy practice of Qigong (Chi Kung).
Qigong, as a moving meditation, is a wonderful way of reducing stress and blood pressure, improving organ function, increasing energy and strengthening the immune system. It can also be beneficial in helping treat various health conditions. It can also be used for personal transformation.
I'm a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner. I have studied Daoist Qigong in the US and China and am certified to teach. I hope this group will give people with various Qigong backgrounds an opportunity to build a community where we can practice, talk and learn about Qigong.
