Following the workout, we will teach you some practical self-defense techniques that can be applied to real threat scenarios.
The workout is designed for all fitness levels and no prior experience or training is necessary to participate.
This will be held at ATA Black Belt Academy near Orange, OH. The facility has plenty of space with matted floors and training equipment.
