Pickled Vegie Canning: cukes, carrots, jalapenos and Jam

Canning Basics. Pickled Vegis (cukes, carrots, jalapeños) and a Jam session (blueberry/raspberry). Everyone will take home a jar of mixed pickled vegis and a jar of jam. $10 per person for supplies and handouts.

We should be finished by Noonish.

    Too bad all the RSVP's that said yes didn't show. There was a looong waiting list, and I had a couple friends interested as well. I hope we can get people to come if they RSVP yes, or to change their RSVP if they decide they can't make it!
