Making Biodiesel from Waste Vegetable Oil

  • Oct 3, 2009 · 1:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Christopher Kendall will be performing some of the steps involved in making biodiesel from waste vegetable oil, filtering and storing the finished product, transferring a batch from the wash vessel to the drying vessels, separating the glycerine from the raw biodiesel, and transferring a newly-made batch to the wash vessel. (garage is on alley)

I would not recommend bringing children. The garage presents several hazards, and there is nowhere to sit.

You're welcome to take notes if you like. Christopher will answer as many questions as he can.

It was very useful to see an actual setup for the brewing of bio-diesel.
