Monthly Meeting

We got a few final details ironed out late this week. Firstly, Andrew Koebbe is going to give a talk on the migrate module. Secondly, eats work a bit differently since we're meeting at the Leawood library. Instead of having pizza during the meeting will finish up a bit early and head out to a local feeding trough (Spin Pizza unless someone comes up with something we like better) for good food and more conversation.

Hope to see everyone on Tuesday!

Thanks, everyone, for coming to my session last night. I hope it wasn't too convoluted. I'd appreciate any feedback (constructive or otherwise) so that I can improve the session for DrupalCorn.

For those of you going to DrupalCon Austin next week I'm gathering up contact info for folks that might want to get a list of KC Drupalistas that will be there. If you want to be on and get the list send me you email address and/or phone numbers by Sunday evening. I'm heading out Monday morning so I'll send the list out Sunday night. Send you info to [masked].

Great turn out, and good presentation. Good to get a little extra social time occasionally. Nice to see Brian again, and excited to see so many people heading to Austin!

I'll be presenting an into to the Migrate Module at this month's meeting. I hope this will be of some interest to everyone!

I would love to understand migration! Have resolved myself that it isn't for mortals though.

There's nothing supernatural about it. Just a bit of a learning curve. You just need to know sine basic object oriented principles. I promise it won't be too hard.

Oozing forward to seeing you guys again!

Wow... Just noticed the autocorrect that happened here... Apparently that 'L' is important. :)

The bonus question for next weeks meeting - "Has anyone managed to get the Backup and Migrate Dropbox module working?"

Just a reminder: The May 27 Meetup is at Leawood Pioneer Library, not Lackman (where we have met before).

    See you then.

Hi all! We don't have an official topic for this month so if there is something you'd like for us to cover now is the time to speak up. If we don't have any suggestions I'd like to do a "Bring Your Favorite Modules" thing. We've done this before and everyone got a lot out of it. Just think of the top 3-ish modules, themes, or tips that you've been using lately and share them with the group.
