Welcome, Greater Lafayette Area Moms!

The Greater Lafayette Area Mom's Group (or GLAMs for short, isn't that cool?!) is a fabulous mix of married, single, stay-at-home and working moms from Lafayette, West Lafayette, Battle Ground and surrounding areas.

GLAMs was created in order to provide a place where parents could find friendship and support while their children also have fun with new friends!

In addition to the weekly playgroups, we also offer family events, an awesome Book Club group, seasonal neat stuff, a newly-formed Gardening Group, Park Playgroups, Mom's Nite Outs and spur of the moment meetups at differing locations throughout the month! Events are planned at various times of the week in order to provide opportunties for everyone's participation.

Meet friendly local moms to talk about your kids, brainstorm fun new events, make wonderful parenting connections and, most of all, have fun! Come to an event to share experiences, find advice, give support and make new friends.

Keep in mind that we frequently have several meetups scheduled each day that are in public settings, so you will need to be open to approaching people you don't yet know!

(FYI-most of the children in this group are under the age of 5 and include many babies and toddlers)

This is a very active, casual, and welcoming group.
