I decided to start this group because of my personal experience over the last two years. (click on photo)Well first thing you need to know about me is about 2 year's ago I was 320 pounds!!! I have lost so far 115 pounds. Basically I was lacking energy, mental clarity, I was stressed out all the time, it’s probably why I ate so much and it hurt to move do to sore joints. Some to do with my size, but also I was aging like all of us. I had to do something because I tried everything nothing worked. It started when a friend let me try a revolutionary compound that helps your body renew its cell’s at the DNA level. I said ya sure, I’ll try it.
