Welcome to the DBSA, "DEPRESSION BIPOLAR SUPPORT ALLIANCE"serving Greater New Haven and Westport. Share in discussions and experience support in a safe and non judgmental setting with others who are dealing as well as coping with depression and bipolar disorder . There is much evidence that support groups can be beneficial and therapeutic for those of us with these illnesses. A support group atmosphere can empower us through sharing, listening, and learning about personal experiences and how each one of us strives to manage our illness.
