Chop, Wok and Talk will be offering us a four course, hands on Mexican cooking class.
We'll prepare the following gluten free items:
Tortilla soup with crispy corn tortilla strips
Grilled snapper with cilantro oil with cheesy potato cakes
Mango rice pudding
The cost is $40 and payment must be provided to Suzanne Gibbs by May 12. (Address will be provided to registrants)
Feel free to bring wine or beer of your choice, if you wish to enjoy that with your meal.
Maximum number of attendees for the class is 10.
