Biweekly Weekend Movement, Flow and Conditioning.

Every two weeks

What to bring:

  • An idea of what you wish to work on.
  • The spirit to participate.
  • Comfortable clothing.
  • Water bottle.

Work on technique, flow, then conditioning if time permits.

4 people need to confirm for an event to take place.

Locations are within Toronto and will change periodically.

It's not a class, but we do share tips, and new individuals are welcome.

Also what are the requirements? Do I need to be really fit? Is there a number I can call?

doing it will lead to be being more fit. it's to everyone's level...there's progressions to work at from starting out to being more advanced. give a call for the next one if you want.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
