- The spirit to participate.
- Comfortable clothing.
- Water bottle.
Work on technique, flow, then conditioning if time permits.
4 people need to confirm for an event to take place.
Locations are within Toronto and will change periodically.
It's not a class, but we do share tips, and new individuals are welcome.
