We're lucky enough in NE to have a ready supply of this versatile fall food. Join Lauren Winterholer and Craig Stephan to learn how to make the most of your harvest.
We will discuss our tree pruning process and favorite apple preservation methods, including apple cider vinegar and a tasting of Lauren's delicious apple pie jam. For those of you who like to drink your apples, there will be sweet cider making with our antique cider press and hard cider making with Craig.
We are charging for this on a sliding scale of $10-15.
As this is another one with materials costs, we need a $5 deposit in order to keep your spot for you. It will be non-refundable, though it can be transferred to someone else if you can find another person to take your place. Please make out a check to Lauren Winterholer and send it to Amy Antonucci, 219 France Rd, Barrington NH 03825... this is due to us by September 1 (TIP - send it now and you won't forget later!).
