Meet other locals who are interested in exploring many aspects of green living. The main topics we will cover are health, fitness, nature, organic gardening, green home, renewable energy, green transportation, and spirituality.
Health includes potlucks, dining out, food preparation classes, discussions, etc. that explore the healthiest and tastiest diets available such as organic food, raw food, vegan, vegetarian, macrobiotic, and Japanese food.
Our Fitness and Nature meetups will allow us opportunities to exercise and have fun through yoga, walking, hiking, bicycling, swimming, etc. These outings will not only be about fitness but I will also talk about nature that we see around us. We will often exercise in a natural settings like parks to get in touch with nature as we are getting our bodies fit.
Organic gardening and sustainable landscape design will include discussions on organic vegetable and fruit growing methods and garden tours.
Green home, renewable energy, green transportation, and spirituality includes demonstrations and discussions.
