Healthy Aging

Lots of people want to live longer and we are, as a whole, doing so.  Now, find out from our very own in-house scientist, John Paul Bordonaro, how to do so gracefully.

Healthy eating is a big part of anti-aging techniques and one aspect of being Green and having a low impact on our environment is eating healthy.  Our guest speaker spent his career in the labs studying cancer and anti-aging and now he is going to share some of his knowledge with us.

Once again, there will be some time when we arrive for everyone to mingle and grab some food from the buffet (choose healthy stuff).  Then our guest will speak followed by a Q&A.

Door prize again and if we get over 20 in attendance there will be another gift basket raffle.

Please RSVP and bring a friend to share our knowledge with.

Great to see so many are coming to this event. With all the groups combined that have been invited to this we will have a very nice showing. We will have a raffle at the door for a Green product, bring a buck! John is one of the uber-smart people and has a lot of great information to share. Please spread the word and bring as many people as you can.
    See you tomorrow!

I wanted to share more info on our speaker...

The march special event meeting will be a lecture on "aging in the 21st century" by John Bordonaro. John is a biomedical research scientist who spent nearly 30 years in the laboratory working primarily on developing biological agents to treat and detect various human cancers. John's lecture will include ways to prevent premature death and will explain new technologies that may help to extend the human lifespan.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
