Urban Eco Tour 17th July 2010
This urban eco tour is a walking tour and also a crash course in environmental issues in two and a half hours! We’ll visit Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, Horse Gaurds Parade, the gorgeous St James Park (even better in the sun!), The Cabinet War Rooms, Westminster Abbey, The Houses of Parliament and The River Thames.
The walk explains how these places and London impact on the global environment in terms of population, traffic, emissions, and water levels.
Then we’ll all go to the nearby pub to mull these over a beer – much discussion guaranteed !!
