A team of Master Gardeners will help you figure out what is affecting your plants and suggest environmentally sound methods for managing diseases and pests. Participants should bring photos of the plant in the garden setting and samples of insects or plant problems for diagnosis. Samples should be fresh and as large as possible (a small branch, rather than a leaf, for example).

CSI SCV Meeting - Golden Gate Bridge at 75

Bob David, a long time Golden Gate Bridge District employee and curator of the California Historical Society SF Bridge exhibit, will recount historical, artistic, and architectural anecdotes about the Bridge. He is an architect and functioned as Design Director for the agency until his retirement in 2003.

Summer Planting, Potato Pots and Drip

The Urban Farmers Coop events are working/learning sessions where everyone pitches into a project at the host's location. We will be helping this month's host connect drip lines, condition the soil and plant potatoes in pots, followed by a potluck.

Please bring gardening tools, a bag for collecting harvested food, foods from your garden and/or a potluck item containing foods from your garden if you have any. If you do not have any of the above, then it is OK.
