Greenheart Transform’s Gateway to Gratitude

As we prepare for the stress of the holiday season, it can be easy to forget about the big picture in our personal life and for society as a whole. In this third installment of the Thursday workshop series, Greenheart Transforms offers an evening of reflection and insight on the power of gratitude, and how being present to the joys and gifts in each moment can keep us healthy, happy and sane.

We will discuss ways in which we share our love with the world, so that we can find inspiration for new ways to express ourselves and spread the love!

This workshop will be interactive with hands on activities.

Chicago guest presenters Ruthie Landis and Emanuel Kuntzelman will share their knowledge in this Thursday workshop.

Meet the presenters:

Ruthie Landis is a certified Body-Psychotherapist, certified hypnotherapist, enneagram teacher, and Reiki master, utilizing body/mind techniques, visualization and guided imagery for greater awareness, presence, relaxation, and stress reduction, as well as working with trauma, chronic disease, and anxiety. Ruthie has been a private coach for actors and performing artists for over twenty years, as well as a presentation and communication consultant.

Emanuel Kuntzelman is the founder of the non-profit exchange organization, CCI Greenheart, helping thousands of participants build a foundation of cultural understanding across the globe while promoting environmental initiatives within all facets of the organization. Dedicated to personal and social transformation, Emanuel leads workshops, lectures and retreats with the idea that personal growth leads to a transformed society.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
