Control can be the key to reducing stress, being happier, and getting more out of life.  Or perhaps I should say, understandingwhat we can and can't control.

Yet it is possible to want too much control ... to be frustrated when we can't control more.  What is a healthy attitude towards control?  What can we do when life spins out of control?

How can we gain more self-control?

Who should have control?  Is it always best when control is the hands of the individuals?  (Wouldn't that be anarchy?)

Polikoff, I can't control what your birthday cake is made of or its quality, but I can control whether to eat some or not. ACK! ack ack ack. Happy birthday. There goes my entire contribution to Wed. evening. Damn it! Oh well. Maybe I'll think of something to add.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
