Control can be the key to reducing stress, being happier, and getting more out of life. Or perhaps I should say, understanding what we can and can't control.
Yet it is possible to want too much control ... to be frustrated when we can't control more. What is a healthy attitude towards control? What can we do when life spins out of control?
How can we gain more self-control?
Who should have control? Is it always best when control is the hands of the individuals? (Wouldn't that be anarchy?)
