Welcome to Greenville Libation Lovers!

This group will host both public and private events focusing on a variety of Libations and the fun surrounding them.   Public events will include Beer, Wine, Bourbon, etc. tastings, local and regional festivals, or simply a pint night where we enjoy a brew and a meal.   Private events will include House Parties, Costume and/or Theme Parties, Backyard BBQs, etc.   Occasionally, we may schedule travel of some variety, both regional and international.   If there is interest, we’ll do everything we can to promote any activities we can. 

We’ll try to host events at least monthly and make every effort to alternate between public and privately hosted events.   Many events will take place on weekends, but we’ll also make an effort to host mid-week events as well. 

We’re always open to suggestions, so please feel free to drop us a note if you find something the group may be interested in attending.

A couple of items for your consideration:

  • Please RSVP as early as you can, as events are often limited in size.   If your plans change, PLEASE, update your RSVP, so others may attend.   We’ll always have an automatic waiting list available if an event is full.  If you RSVP to an event and do not participate, Meetup allows us to mark you as a no-show.  Members may be removed after 3 no-shows. 
  • Members of this group must be 21 years of age, as all of our events will include alcohol in some variety.  We encourage the responsible consumption of alcohol.  By joining this group, you agree to hold harmless Meetup, any event host or proprietor for any liability incurred during this groups events.
  • When you receive emails announcing events or visit the Greenville Libation Lovers Meetup page, please click on an event.   This will re-set your activity date.   Members may be removed after inactivity for more than three months.
