Yoga Satsang Meeting

Next time we get together (Tuesday) we'll wrap up on the four functions of mind, and look at another way of viewing our mental functioning.  I want to say something more about Ahamkara that may help understand it better.  Also, I'd like to share some things from a recent conference I attended on developing positive emotional habits.

Please arrive by 7:00 -- we will start at 7:00 and arriving after that interrupts others' meditation.  Because we try to cram as much as possible into an hour, please stretch before you come -- especially your legs (it promotes a more comfortable sitting posture).
