Classes offered in the Group Fitness are as follows:
** Zumba – This a Latin groove, combined with hypnotic Latin music and dance moves. It’s Fun, Different, Easy and Effective - more for your fitness and great energy and spicy workout. Let’s Join the Party! More than just a workout!
* Walk It Fit – This is a 45min. 3 – 15min. miles for a total of 3miles in class. Low Impact fitness workout. Walk your way to a healthier you. Great for burning fat and calories. This is done with or without bands.
** Kickboxing – Easy to learn. Energizing! Explosive! Powerful! Uplifting! Start shedding the pounds as we help you Punch, March and Kick it away. Demolish the flab. Burn up unwanted calories. This is done with or without bands.
** BYOB (Bring Your Own Ball) – Strengthen your core and gain balance using a Stability Ball. Stability ball exercises are an excellent way to stimulate muscle growth and fat loss while breaking the monotony of your normal workout routines.
* Tighten-N-Tone – Done with or without weights and bands. Sculpt your arms, shoulders, back hips, thighs and glutes.
***Circuit Training – Experience a great way to have high energy, calorie-burning, cardio and strength training blast. This a 30min. Cardio and Strength intervals. Warm-up, cool down and stretch.
