Let's take it to Spain! Bring your culinary creations and dress them to impress!

Boquerones, Albondigas, Gambas Al Ajillo? Curious to see what culinary delights you will bring forth to the table!

 

For those cooking:

Please make enough food for 20 'tapas' portions.

 

For those who don't/can't cook:

You are welcome as well, but $20 will be collected at the door

 

Please specify in your RSVP what you are making/bringing, if anything.

Looking forward to seeing everyone!

 

Note: There will be use of a stove, oven, microwave to heat things up but try to prepare as much in advance as possible.

    I was just in Spain during Oct. I will make romesco sauce or aioli or some squid ink dish.

      I'll make bacon wrapped truffle cheese stuff dates. Aioli and maybe romesco. Octopus with aioli and pimentos was another dish. I couldn't find the regular squid in my hood to make the black ink risotto.

    OMG! Wish I could make this event! I went to Barcelona last June and had the most amazing food. Re-created many recipes. Going to Toronto next week. Best Asian food ever! Looking forward to making the next event!
