Advanced amateur. I'm a home cook but have a hankering for learning new ways to make traditional dishes.
I cook and eat anything that doesn't eat me first, I'm Chinese after all. I learned Chinese cooking from my mom, international (mainly French) cuisine from my dad and the neighborhood "granny" taught me how to bake a mean apple pie and other things.
My name is Atina Tan. I've lived in NYC since 2003 and adore this city for not only it's energy and cultural diversity but because it's a culinary cornucopia. I love to cook, bake, cut, chop and of course EAT!
